Young people tend to learn a little faster. The more free time a person has the better.

Q: Do you have to be strong?
A: Mentally? Yes! Physically, no.
Although the kite generates a great deal of power and lift, the kiteboarder is wearing a harness, with a hook, which carries the load of the kite. The pressure of the bar in your hands is light, steering of the kite can be cone with two fingers. Eye-hand co-ordination and lots of patience is also needed.
